Jessica Pollard
Solicitor
Born and raised in Bowen, I have been working in Mackay since my graduation from James Cook University in Townsville in June 2021. In September 2022, I was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and since then have predominately practised in Estate Planning and Estate Administration as well as Business and Property Law. In November 2024, I joined Wallace & Wallace Lawyers in the Commercial and Property team.
I am driven to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients and ensuring that my clients feel understood and secure in their legal representation. In doing so, I prioritise developing relationships with my clients to understand how to best assist them with their legal matter.
I am a proud member of the Mackay community and subscribe to the anecdote of ‘give where you live’. I prioritise community involvement and volunteering and am a proud committee member of Young Professionals (YP) Mackay. I am passionate about the growth of Mackay and its business community.
Outside of the office, I am often found on the beach with my border collie or with my partner renovating our first home. I enjoy weekends on the boat, and spending time with friends and family.
